Hervé is a recognized international expert, a dynamic Project Director and Team Leader with over 20 years international experience working on  unique and complex projects in a range of operational and strategic capacities. He is experienced at working with multiple stakeholders in  diverse environments to analyse, advise on, or successfully deliver projects under strict time and budget constraints. 

Hervé is a long-term IOC Technical Advisor and since 2015 he has been providing support to all Olympic Organizing Committees in the field of Infrastructure and Program Management. Hervé has also been providing expertise or leading Elypse’s consultants to assist various international event organisers on key aspects of their projects. Hervé is behind  Epsylon, the Event Infrastructure Tool designed and developed by Elypse  for Multi Venues Major Events.

Previously, Hervé has worked for Olympic Bid Committees and has held various positions in large-scale events, including the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games and the Paris 2003 IAAF World Championships. He has also worked with the Host Broadcaster of UEFA Euro 2004 in Portugal. In the early stage of his career, Hervé worked as Project Manager in the water engineering sector.
